Thanks, Millie; My brother is trying to tell me that it's shin splints.........I don't know, would rather disagree with him since it's not an every night thing........I would think shin splints would be something that hurt all the time & this doesn't. All I know is that when it starts.......the pain catches my breath & I just want to sob.......soon as the pain reliever takes over, it subsides. It's mostly a "throbbing" type pain & usually is both legs beginning at the knees. Probably something I am just going to have to live with, I"m sure, like all the other stuff that comes with age and a chronic disease. (smile)
