Hi Lee.  Zavie is 100% right.  We were originally told NO
acetaminophen.  My onc now tells me that so long as your liver enzymes
(AST & ALT counts) are reading normal, there is no reason to worry
about taking acetaminophen.  I have been using Tylenol for a couple of
months now, and have experienced absolutely no problems with it.  Hope
