Hi,Some of you kind of know some of my story but I need some support. I am very
confused.Recap: I was dx in 6/06 put on gleevac 400mgfrom then till April
07.Platlets dropping was the big problem there. So I was sent to MDACC orlando
for trail, May 2, 07 started AMN 107( tasigna ) till June 07Once again platlet
trouble, not to low though 48, but the drug company wanted me off the study.
Then August started on Sprycel 100 mg once a day. Now I get my PCR and guess
what it went up.Here is the break down.March 07 PCR test ( at the end of G)b2a2

does this show that I was much improved on the AMN107 tasigna.? Should I ask to
go back on tasigna now that it is available? what are your thoughts?I have a
BMB to do on 12/27.I am trying to avoid a transplant, if possible. The BMB is
to check also if I still have the trisomy 8. I am afraid it is going to be
there, due to the fact that the sprycel is not doing what tasigna
