Hello Mel, Trey has given you very good advice. I would try to find out why the drug company wanted you off the Tasigna trial. Just to make sure there are not any underlying issues that may cause you additional trouble. Maybe your best bet might be to sit tight for a while. Addiitonally, I would see if I could have mutation testing done. There are certain mutations that respond better to one drug versus the other (Dasatinib or Nilotinib) I noted which ones those were on the CML Society website www.cmlsociety.org under the ASH Highlights. You might want to look under Shah's educational session and download that document.
