Thanks for all the posts this week regarding relapse.  I had a BMB on
Thursday and am waiting for results.  I wonder if there is a place for
interferon and chemo drugs today?  It seems I remember that  the
earliest IRIS patients had received these drugs when they were the
only treatment available, and that these produced some of the earliest
and deepest PCR responses.  I know these meds are notoriously
difficult to tolerate, but I do wonder if they could help the TKIs
fight this stuff.
