My hands cramped all the time on Gleevec.  I especially had cramping
in the little finger knuckle... and it was incredibly painful.  It
happened most when I over used them - in cooking, chopping. or any
activity that caused me to actively engage my hands. I teach so
grading papers always brought on a siege of them. Drinking tonic
water, eating a lot of bananas, and taking calcium helped a lot.
