Hi 
it sure does with me anyway, I use to play the
piano/organ but it is just to much bother now
because I just get going and my hand cramps,gave my
piano to grandaughter and guitar to other
grandaughter.. the church now has a much younger and
better player than I was.. 
in fact holding a fork or knife it does the same
I am on Nilotinib 400 mg a day..
