Hi Pat:

My onc had me getting bloodwork every week for about a month, now I
have bloodwork every 3 months (I think>>>sheesh). Maybe your onc
doesn't feel it is necessary due to the low dose? I would ask him. I
have more contact with my nurse practitioner and she's always
available via email or phone calls and she's GREAT! She makes sure I
get what I need - she fights the insurance companies for me. Since we
switched to Anthem Blue Cross....I am still fighting to get my Sprycel
since Feb. 1. Those people are lying to me just like the last
insurance company. They claim they got my doc's authorization but not
a script - NOT TRUE....Why does it always have to be a fight? Ugh.
Take care sweetie, things are going to be looking up for you in a big
way!!

Kelly
