Hi I wish I could lower my dose--I'm on 100 mgs a day, but the doctor said if isn't broke don't fix it. Since I've had so many problems I will go with what he says. Hi Jeannne and Pat, I have been on sprycel for over two years now. I am on only 20mg bid and today I got word that my PCR was undectable for the third time in a row. Dr. does PCR test every three months. It is amazing. Thank the Lord for His Goodness.
