Hi Christina, With our new meds and all we can expect to live many years with this disease. Don't worry about dying just live each day to the fullest. A good diet is one with lots of fresh veggies and fruit and small portions of meat. Add some yogurt daily and do some exercise like walking daily. It's very overwhelming at first, but our body will adjust. I have ask that question so many times, but here is a reason, and maybe some day we will understand it.
