I was diagnosed March 2009, on Gleevec 600 mg, and a year ago found
out i have hypothyroid issues for which I am on medication. My system
in many ways is much better, as I am in remission, but the side
effects of ongoing Gleevec can be brutal.
My take is that CML can be managed so compared to what others have, I
feel very blessed. Good luck!
