Hi Jeanie, Sprycel makes my skin, hair, sinus, etc very dry. I have heard similar complaints about the other TKI's also. It made my eyes so dry that blinking was scratching my corneas. I had to have my tear drain ducts plugged and now sleep with a humidifier. This seems to help the dry skin & sinus issues also.
I was on Gleevec originally, Marcie is right, side effects from Gleevec can be brutal for some!
