Hi Suzieq, I've been on Gleevec since 1999 and I do have nail stuff happening. My nails are not lifting up from the nail bed, but a couple of them are rippled horizontally with great peaks and valleys. Some have developed prominent vertical ridges. Plus, on my two pointer fingers there is a dark spot to the right under each nail that looks like a bruise, but isn't. It's been there for years. No one knows for sure, but my dermatologist thinks it must be related to Gleevec.
