Hi Beth, I remember the sprycel headaches, me too! They were really bad. Can't take tylenol pre-Tasigna, because I take it as soon as I wake up the first time each morning. However, it is a really good idea and I will take tylenol with it. Early AM is the only time window I have to take it (only taking once daily) since we have to time it carefully with another drug that is contraindicated with it. Also, realized that I get a weird flushing and chest pressure six hours after dosing, that lasts about three hours. Cariologist check me while it was happening yesterday and my heart is okay, so it appears it is just a random side effect, I am hoping it will stop after I adjust to it. Today is day three! Thanks for responding, it is good to know I am not in this fight alone. peg
