Hi Beth,

I remember the sprycel headaches,  me too!  They were really bad.  Can't 
take tylenol pre-Tasigna, because I take it as soon as I wake up the first 
time each morning.  However, it is a really good idea and I will take 
tylenol with it.  Early AM is the only time window I have to take it (only 
taking once daily) since we have to time it carefully with another drug 
that is contraindicated with it.  Also, realized that I get a weird 
flushing and chest pressure six hours after dosing, that lasts about three 
hours.  Cariologist check me while it was happening yesterday and my heart 
is okay, so it appears it is just a random side effect, I am hoping it will 
stop after I adjust to it.  Today is day three!  Thanks for responding, it 
is good to know I am not in this fight alone.  peg
