Hi Peg.
I had similar experiences. For a few months, about 2 to 3 hours after
taking Tasigna, I would get tightness in the chest, sometime heart
palpitations, shortness of breath, the weird flushing and feeling totally
without energy. These symptoms were present most of the time, but really
intensified 2 to 3 hours after taking Tasigna.
As usual, my cardiologist could not find anything wrong with my ticker and
concluded "must be that stuff you're taking". She prescribed Bisoprolol,
which helped a little bit.
Eventually these symptoms petered out and went away. The whole episode
lasted about 3 to 4 months.

With Tasigna, it seems like all the side effects are on rotation - they
come and go, one or two at a time. Right now I am struggling with a nasty
rash and rapid hair loss - not great, but at least not as scary as the
cardio problems.
