I used to live on Gaviscon (an over-the-counter drug) for acid reflux. My dr. finally prescribed a daily pill call Pantoprazole....maybe 4 years ago. I NEVER EVER have acid reflux anymore. I take 300mg of Gleevec daily, as well as several other pills for various conditions. They are compatible. Angie in Canada
