When I saw my Kidney Specialist about two months ago my creatinine level 
was up to 1.81 up from 1.59.  He was okay with that is still stage 3.  I 
have been told by most of my specialists that most of my issues are the 
heavy drugs I have/am taking is the major cause.  18's
