Hi Jeanie My last blood test was on Aug 5. I went for one month with only two pills. My platelets and wbc went down even then. So I didn't take the pill on the 6th and now I will wait until the 12th and another pill 3weeks later. So we will see what happens. Sorry your counts went up. John B
