I don't have a copy to tell what was it was. The main Item they watch was over 2.18 months ago (I believe that is stage 2). It has dropped 1.5+ in 18 months. I was almost @ 1.8 when started visiting him. about 3 years ago. When my hemb gets above 12 my ONC wants me to stay in the 11's. The normal on my CBC test states normal is 13.
