Hi Suzieq,

Yes Zavie was a really good man. My, how he had to go through everything
that he did, and I always gave him credit for everything and you know what
maybe it was him that P Every time that Zavie and sometimes his wife Ida
would fly into Newark airport we would all get together and go to a delli
Called Harolds New York Delli to eat some fabulous food. Everything was BIG
there and I do mean HUGE

By the way we all perched that stock but is sold for $1,200 dollars at the
time, but I did some research and found out that the company was also
selling what was called American Registry Shares that was selling for only
$20 a share. So after Zavie started trying to get everyone to buy shares
for the $1,200 I did the research and found that $20 a share so everyone
went crazy and started buying up these shares. From what I understood it
ran into the millions of dollars. thus Novartis starting to make their
"bones" in production of Gleevec.

I also bought them and never sold not even one share because I wanted to
show that this had the potential of saving lives. By the way I remember
Zavie coming to my home in Florida. He rang my doorbell and as soon as I
opened it there he was handing me one of his Zavie zero hats, but this was
different because it turned out that my number was 1, and I still have and
cherish today. Oh yes I must not forget right after guess where we went?

Harold's of course it was in Edison New Jersey not that far from my home in
Staten Island New York, about less then an hour away. Suzie-Qutie😃 Those
were the most best times for us. Now Zavie was on Gleevec, I already had my
bone marrow transplant but believe it no matter what we went through we
still always had a great time. And you know what? Maybe I learned a lot
from him. With all of the sever health problems that I recently went
through maybe some his knowledge was taken from from him even though this
was many years ago. From what I remember Zavie never complained. Also after
he died a short time had passed then his wife died. All I could say after
Ida passed away I knew that what he must have felt because Zavie would not
want to live if it was Ida before him and not after him. I mean I
personally kew these people and they really loved each other. I can just
Imagine how Ida fely after Zavie passed away.

However I was really disappointed in their price increases over the years,
and I did make it known, just fell onto deaf ears.
