Hi Susan,

Sorry to hear about your strokes. Are you on any blood thinners? I am and
it seems to be helping me but i also have a pacemaker. Please make sure to
ask your doctor if a modified amount of exercise can help you.

In fact that is what i started doing with my wife for the past two days.
Just simply walking down my block passing three fire hydrants. Each hydrant
is 500 feet away from each other and then back to our house just taking our
time.
