If you are really using MSCMS2002 for managing the
content, why do you need ado or ado.net?

Or is this a semantic issue? You're saying 'directly', as if you're hitting
the database indirectly.
Without speaking directly for Tony, I know he has a product which he's converting
to .NET, so there would be a preexisting database system I'd guess he's
pretty eager to keep, if only to speed conversion.
