Hi Suju

There are some good books for an introduction to CMS.
- There is the Book with texts by Phil Suh and others (Tom Weiss wrote about
it lately)
- There is the CMS Bible
- concerning question 1, there are plenty of books too

Maybe you just visit Amazon.com or go to your nearest bookseller.
Your questions are just a bit to broad to answer via a Mailinglist IMHO.
