Joshua,

The redistributable license I believe is what you are
looking for. It allows you to include our product in your CMS product
and redistribute it. This means that while your CMS includes soEditor,
there can be as many uses of it as long as it is an actual part of the
CMS. The restriction on this license is that it disallows an actual
stand-alone installation of soEditor on a web server. Now if for example
an ISP wanted to make use of our product, and would need installations
on multiple web servers, the Enterprise License allows for exactly that.

Please feel free to let me know if I've explained this well
enough either on or off the list. The Redistributable license is
something that's a bit new and we are still trying to work out the kinks
related to it. We had found w/ previous versions that some companies
loved our product and wanted to include in there's, but really had no
use for the Enterprise license because they internally had no intention
of using soEditor on multiple servers and the $2,499 sticker was a bit
pricey. Thanks!

Hi James,

I am currently using a buggy editor, and while the price is right, I
have

spent a good deal of time fixing it. I just took a look at your pro
editor

and like what I see. One question about Licensing. The
Re-distributable

product seems to be what I would want, as it is made for commercial

applications (I am developing a cms product). However it says it only

supports one server. Just checking on that, as I would like to offer
the

product for sale to other developers who may not want to host on my

server. Also, I notice you have an image gallery, do you also have a

document gallery for hyperlinks (and uploading new files for linking
such

as pdf, doc, etc?)?
