Define "the best." I find the interface and interaction of typo3 rather
difficult and unintuitive.

Keep in mind that time is a cost factor. A product that's easier to use can
often be "cheaper" to run, implement, etc. than one that has a lower entry
cost but kills productivity due to support and training.
