This would be the responsibility of the cm-list list admin,
as they don't archive lists unless the following address is
added to the subscriber list:

archive@mail-archive.com

On a mailman mailing list, that can't happen unless the list
admin adds it directly.

In addition, mail-archive.com recognizes and respects the
X-No-Archive header, so if you want to individually opt-out
of having your messages archived, add this header line to
all your messages:

X-No-Archive: Yes
