Editize looks pretty good (I think it's a Java plugin, so it should
run fine as long as the client has Java installed)

I only wish it supported custom styles. We're using FCK editor at the
moment, and while it's okay, it has it's flaws. It does have a "Paste
as Plain Text" button - so what we have done is enable that on the
toolbar and disbale the regular Paste button. When you use that and
paste from word it does strip *all* the formatting, including bold
etc, but at least you don't get all the Word stuff in there.

And of course there's nothing stopping the client using CTRL+V which
bypasses the whole process anyway!
