My apologies if this WSG email problem has little to do with you.
As the project manager of a new film media Web 2.0 start up, I was
recommended to join WSG by a colleague, and I'm pleased that this
organization exists and am appreciative of all those putting in the
effort.
However, I only joined a week ago and my in-box on my Macbook/
business hosting account is suddenly inundated with mails. Not sure
what I did wrong on the 'subscribe' page. I've checked and there are
no viruses on my machine, but I seem to be getting random emails from
others in the group and suspect that somehow (by being on the mailing
list), emails are being generated and/or sent to other members with
my email account? Is this possible? Would you recommend I un-
subscribe and if so how?

To answer my own question, I am not sure whether it is easily
doable or ultimately desirable. But they are annoying - in their
frequency and self-righteousness, they are becoming a form of spam
in their own right :)
