Agreed. Worked on a Catalina couple years ago with same symptom. Finally traced it to the cockpit shower leaking. The faucet was under the helm seat where the owner couldn't see it leaking and running down the sugar scoop.
Touche's head faucet drips very slightly. My pump kicks on every 3-4 hours because of that. Your leak is more significant. If you can't see it, try putting some food coloring in the bilge.
