If the pump cycles and you aren't opening any water users, shower, faucets, 
etc., there are only two possibilities, a leak in the discharge side of the 
pump or leakage through the check valves in the pump itself. 

If you can somehow deadhead the discharge of the pump before any faucets and it 
continues to cycle, then you need to replace or rebuild the pump.  Otherwise, 
look for a leak in the piping, fittings or faucets.
