I worked on one on a Viking motor yacht. Between the diesel smell and a pinhole leak someplace it was like a combination truck-stop and sauna. On a freezing day the cabin was about 85 with 95% humidity. So..........pay attention to the pluming and exhaust vent. Also note all those heaters run better on kerosene if you have room for an extra tank.

I have decided that a hydronic system is the way to go as it will have the added advantage of hot water while at anchor. I have pretty much settled on the <http://www.suremarineservice.com/TSL17SW-12.aspx> Webasto TSL17<http://www.suremarineservice.com/TSL17SW-12.aspx> http://www.suremarineservice.com/TSL17SW-12.aspx Has anyone on the list had one of these units or installed a hydronic system (especially in a 37+!). Suggestions or general thoughts on this, of course, welcome. Tom B Tom Buscaglia SV Alera C&C 37+/40 Vashon Island WA (206) 463-9200 www.sv-alera.com <http://www.sv-alera.com/>
