APS doesn't seem to stock it - I just looked on their site.
However, it is Harken, here's a link to the Harken site:

But it's closer to $250. ($150 is probably the dealer price I paid)
This takes line size up to 3/8". (mine is 5/16", decored at the furler drum end)
