Thanks Joel, I really appreciate it.
I have worked with Gary before and he's very helpful. I guess before finding a
canvas shop, I would like to know if any of our current C&C 30 owners have been
able to install a decent Bimini that provides good coverage. The main sheet and
the low boom are in the way and I'm not sure what kind of coverage I'll be
getting...

Subject: Re: Stus-List Bimini top - C&C 30 MK1

Yacht Canvas in New York made lots of C&C stuff and is still in business. Good
place to start. My 35/5 has mid-boom sheeting, so its not an issue. The top
has a zipper that goes around the backstay. There are lots of canvas shops
around us. I have not had to use them for anything beyond a minor repair, so I
can't make a recommendation of anyone local. You might call Bacon and ask Gary
for a recommendation.

Hello Guys,
I don't think I can go through another summer without a Bimini top. I have seen
other C&C 30s with Bimini and Dodgers in the past but I haven't paid attention
to how they solve the issue with backstays, main sheets, and the boom position.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
