It's certainly different - not a lot of back support due to the cockpit
not being as deep as other (to make head room for the aft cabin.) However, some
cushions will make it very comfortable.

Not a whole lot of ventilation, but we've found that a couple of those
300+ hour West Marine box fans will do wonders down there.

I've had the boat surveyed twice (once for purchase, the send for
insurance.) The boat surveys very easy.

Like a dream. It just plows right through. This boat loves big breeze!

I don't have all that up there. You should be OK if you keep the
forward water tank empty though. Even when full, I doubt there would be an
issue. My foredeck guy weighs well over 220 and we don't see any changes when
he's on the bow.

Very sturdy boat. Easy to handle. Will surprise you.

That depends on the rating. I run with a 135% and our rating is based
on 10 knots of breeze (and a corrupt PHRF Board). When the wind is stronger,
she will do better than expected. Anything above 12 and we're competitive.
When it goes above 18, we're kicking everyone's butts. You'll point in the chop
while everyone else will back off to gain stabilization.

Honestly, we love the boat. If I were to have any complaints it's
performance in 5knots of breeze or less. She's a dog in light air and wine you
get to speed, you'll want to hold it, so on windward legs, you'll also need to
go to the corners every time. Comfort-wise, it just can't be beat. That aft
cabin is a dream! The only other thing I've noticed, when on starboard tack and
heeled pretty far, it may make sense to close the toilet and head sink through
hulls.
