When I’ve done replacement floorboards I’ve used the original boards as the pattern rather than making a new pattern. Just clamp the old boards to the new and use the straight cutting bit with the router. You just have to move the clamps as you come up to those areas. The larger the diameter on the cutting bit the better and you should get a very smooth edge.
