I've done lenses and seals. If you have a router it is easy to make a new lense from a piece of plexiglass. That's how I justified the cost of the router!
Be sure the seal is placed correctly in the corners - don't overstretch the rubber. I think I used Dow 795 for everything. A&H sells the parts - for a premium price.
