No more than 15mg, and no side effects. I don't use it much, and the stuff I have on board is six years old. You can't get it in the US, but I ordered it mail order through Canada. In Mexico they only have 75mg tablets, so one has to cut them into quarters, because too strong a dose will have side effects.
