The keel came off my old C&C 25. Of course, it happened when it was driven ashore on Key Biscayne, Fl., during a 120-mph hurricane called Wilma.
On the positive side, it apparently sailed itself all over Biscayne Bay during the height of the storm with no apparent damage until it hit shoal water.
