Picquick <http://www.picquic.com/> multi screwdriver, these are the best
multi screw drivers I've ever used. They even have a marine version. I have
one at home and one on the boat and I want MORE. The bits work perfectly in
an impact as well.

LED headlamp.

Cordless drill *and* impact.

I spent the money on the Ancor crimp tool and wire stripper, they are
amazing. I don't know how I ever used anything else.

Moisture meter.

Wire brush thingy for the drill (for removing caulk, etc) - brass (I
think?).
