Joel — I’d suggest you get one of the prebuilt panels, rather than just the 
plate.  There’s a lot more to them, like the backlighting and bus bars:

By the time you add all the backlighting, indicators and breakers to the bare 
panel, you’re going to have spent a LOT more money...
