Yes. By "fresh water cooled" I mean my Atomic 4 has a closed loop cooling system with a heat exchanger circulating a mixture of water and antifreeze (just like a car). It then goes through a heat exchanger that dissipates the engine heat into seawater that's pumped into the exchanger. I primarily sail in salt water... Hence the "fresh water cooled" description.
