Okay, so why did everybody settle on Dow 795 (instead of 3M 4200 or some other sealing adhesive)?

Question. When I replaced the window about 8 years ago I use Sikaflex 295 and their primer. Now I am going to use 3 M tape and Dow 795. I am looking for suggestions on how to remove the Sika products.
