Yes. But you need to use your finger to "trowel" the sealant behind the Plexiglas. That is what is special about the Dow Corning 795 is it has a longer "working time". The Plexiglas probably won't be as tight fitting because of the 0.090" thickness of the VHB tape. That 0.090" gap is what you will be filling.
