I've owned Touche' for 19.5 years. Have logged over 13,000 nm since
purchase.

I am 5th owner. Touche' was ordered in April 1971 as Touche'. Delivered
through Walet Yacht Sales in New Orleans in September 1971. The original
price was $19,807 US. Touche' has always been a Lake Pontchartrain boat
although it has been docked in Pensacola for several months.

Touche' was 1st to finish the Gulfport Pensacola Race in June 1972. Went
through a couple of quick owner changes and was then purchased and raced
extensively by a local dentist until 1981. The 4th owner cruised Touche'
for a while then let the boat go idle for several years. After watching it
for a couple years, I contacted him in April 1999 and convinced him to sell
it.

For those newer to the list, if your boat is USCG documented, you can order
an abstract of title online from the USCG Vessel Documentation Center here:

https://www.dco.uscg.mil/Our-Organization/Assistant-Commandant-for-Prevention-Policy-CG-5P/Inspections-Compliance-CG-5PC-/National-Vessel-Documentation-Center/National-Vessel-Documentation-Center-Instructions-and-Forms/

It will show all transactions including ownership transfers, liens, etc.
