How the hell is THAT going to work? My marina has about 20 live-aboards. I 
don't even see the point, when I am on the boat I am remotely close to any 
other person. I get out of the car and go directly to my boat.

All the marinas in Kent County Maryland (Rock Hall, Tolchester, Worton Creek, 
etc.) are closed for boat owners.  The county instruction allow them to staff 
with their own people if the maintain "social distancing".  So in at least some 
cases you can't work on your own boat but can pay them to do work.

USVI is closed to visitors too.
