This is a raq4, not a 4i, the pci slot isn't easily open...that's not saying I don't have a dremel tho.

On my RaQ3, we had to cut and remove a plastic tag on the back of the unit, in order to expose the expansion slot
and install the fan. We also reversed the power connector
for the existing (Cobalt) fan - so it pulls cool air "in" while the new slot fan blows hot air "out". Many thanks to Wayne Neely of Catalog.com for implementing this fix for me. Now, when
the Cobalt fan fails (and it WILL)... my unit should still remain
cool enough to save the file system.
