To make a long story short, I had to restart my Qube 3 today. The mail server was suffering under a high spam load, timing out mail connections, so I managed to work my way though the GUI to ask it to restart. It did, and once it came back online, it mailed me that the RAID was being re-synched.

Apparently I bumped/jarred/offended it as I tried to rotate it back to it's position on the shelf, as the next thing I know, I realize my SSH connection was unresponsive, I can't check email, and when I look at the status, it's in it's boot process.

It boots successfully, I can ssh in, turn on some services that I really ought to have automated (stunnel and spamassassin), and send and receive email through it. It mails me again to say the raid is being rebuilt, and it's at 2% completed, and needs 90 minutes to finish.

Sometime after that, it went dead to the world. I can ping it, but can't get life out of SSH, FTP, or the web server.

What are my options?

Regards,

Steve.
