Hi All, This evening my mom and I walked along the Old South Saint Vrain Road. We saw a Virginia Rail right off the road edge in the back waters of the river! We got really great long looks at it! On our way back, we saw two male Northern Flickers displaying on the ground ... head bobbing, bill poking, etc. It was quite a show.
