COBirders,

Lisa Edwards and I hit Gregory Canyon this morning (see number 4 at:
http://www.coloradocountybirding.com/county/bird_a_county.php?name=Boulder )

The KENTUCKY WARBLER continues near the parking lot.  The SCARLET TANAGER
continues in the upper canyon.  Just below where we had the Tanager near the
location where the Tanager spent most of it time two years ago we heard a
PARULA sing a few times.  We never saw the bird but it gave a typical ascending
Parula song.  I believe we heard this bird singing around 7:00 am this
morning.  We also may have heard the Hooded Warbler chip a few times near the
parking lot but could not confirm.

We also had a CATTLE EGRET in a field on the west side of county line road and
just south of HWY 52.  It had a rather large toad that it was trying to get
down.  I assume the toad was a Woodhouse's Toad?
