Boulder County:
--A female Long-tailed Duck was reported by Schmoker at Lagerman Reservoir on 
November 16 and seen again on November 18 by Guarente.  On November 21, Gent 
reported a first year Long-tailed Duck and imm Thayer's Gull at Lagerman.  On 
November 25, Kaempfer saw the first year Long-tailed Duck at Lagerman.
--A female type White-winged Scoter was reported by Floyd at McIntosh Lake in 
Longmont on November 21 and seen again by Birchmeier on November 24.
--An eastern Palm Warbler was reported by Severs on the East Boulder Creek Path 
east of foothills near the railroad crossing and Kaempfer refound the warbler 
south of the intersection of Pearl and East Pearl on November 24.
--5 Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches were reported by Szeliga at Red Rock Lake in the 
Brainard Lake Recreation Area on November 25.
  
Douglas/Jefferson Counties:
--A 1st winter RED-THROATED LOON was reported by Drummond at Chatfield on 
November 14.  The loon was seen again on November 20 by Kibbe.
--A female Black Scoter was reported by Kellner at Chatfield by the Marina 
Sandspit on November 25.
 
El Paso County:
--At Big Johnson on November 16, Peterson reported an imm White-winged Scoter 
and Lesser Black-backed Gull.  Goff saw the Scoter and Gull at Big Johnson on 
November 19.  On November 20, Goff saw the White-winged Scoter.
--A Swamp Sparrow was reported by Clawges on a small pond in the El Paso county 
portion of Fort Carson on November 19.
--A possible adult MEW GULL was reported by Hinds at Big Johnson on November 22.
 
Fremont County:
--A YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER was reported by Moss at Centennial Park in Canon 
City last week.
 
Garfield County:
--2 m Barrow's Goldeneyes were reported by Dahl at Rifle Gap Reservoir on 
November 24.
 
Grand County:
--Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches were reported by Cathy Craig coming to her feeders 
in the Granby area as recently as November 22.  If you are interested in trying 
to see the birds contact her at pioneer...@aol.com or call 970-887-9640 for 
directions and to confirm that the birds are still around.
 
Jefferson County:
--A White-throated Sparrow was reported by Eden at the Audubon Nature Center at 
Chatfield on November 22. 
  
Lake County:
--A Lapland Longspur and Grasshopper Sparrow were reported by Kalbach on the 
shore of Twin Lakes on November 21.
--3m  Barrow's Goldeneyes were reported by Kellner at Mount Elbert Forebay on 
November 22.
 
Larimer County:
--A possible WESTERN GULL and 2 Thayer's Gulls were reported by Komar at Warren 
Lake in Fort Collins on November 15.  The possible WESTERN GULL was seen again 
by Righter on November 21.
--A Pacific Loon was reported by Kaempfer at Douglas Reservoir on November 21.
--At Lake Loveland on November 19, Wild reported 3 ad Thayer's Gulls, 1 ad 
Lesser Black-backed Gull and a pair of Barrow's Goldeneyes.  On November 20 at 
Lake Loveland, Wild reported 1 2nd winter GREAT-BLACK BACKED GULL, 2 ad Lesser 
Black-backed Gulls, and 1 ad Thayer's Gull.
--At least a pair of White-winged Crossbills were reported by Leatherman in 
Grandview Cemetery in Fort Collins on November 22.  They were seen in section E 
of the cemetery.  On November 24, Leatherman and many birders refound the 
White-winged Crossbills at Grandview Cemetery but in the SE corner of the 
cemetery not section E.
 
Logan/Sedgwick Counties:
--At Jumbo Reservoir on November 20, Wild reported a juv YELLOW-BILLED LOON.  
Roller refound the Loon on November 21.
 
Morgan County:
--At Anrick SWA, Wild reported a Long-tailed Duck on November 20.  Andrick SWA 
is in the SE corner of intersection of CR AA and CR 2.  Roller and Kaempfer 
refound the Long-tailed Duck on November 21.
--A White-winged Scoter was reported by Kaempfer at Jackson State Park on 
November 21.
  
Park County:
--At Eleven Mile Reservoir, Kellner reported 1 m Barrow's Goldeneye and 45 
Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches and 2 Hepburns on November 22.
--At Spinney Mountain Reservoir, Kellner reported 1 ad White-winged Scoter, 1 
imm Surf Scoter, 90 Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches, and 1 m Black Rosy-Finch on 
November 22.
--At Antero Reservor, Kellner reported 1 f Long-tailed Duck on November 22.
 
Pueblo County:
--At Pueblo Reservoir:
----A Pacific Loon was reported by Percival on November 15 and seen again by 
Percival on November 21.
----A female type Black Scoter was reported by Percival on November 19.
----A 1-st cycle MEW GULL was reported by Percival at the South Shore Marina 
tires on November 21.
----A 3rd or 4th year Lesser Black-backed Gull was reported by Percival on 
November 21.
----A Black Phoebe was reported by Percival below the dam on November 21.
 
Rio Blanco County:
--8 Barrow's Goldeneyes were reported by Luke at Lake Avery on November 23.
 
Routt County:
--Litteral found a pale juv Thayer's Gull at Stagecoach Reservoir on November 
5.  The gull was seen again on November 20 by Hilf.
--2 m Barrow's Goldeneyes were reported by Dotson at Lake Catamount on November 
25.
--28 Barrow's Goldeneyes were reported by Dotson at Stagecoach Reservoir on 
November 25.
 
San Miguel County:
--20 Barrow's Goldeneyes were reported by Bloomfield at Miramonte Reservoir on 
November 21.
 
Summit County:
--9 Barrow's Goldeneyes (5m, 4f) were reported by Kellner at Dillon Reservoir 
on November 22.
 
Yuma County:
--A pair of Northern Cardinals was reported  by Newport at Bonny Reservor on 
November 21.
 
The DFO Field Trip for Friday, November 27 will be to the Platte River Greenway 
led by Jackie King (303-287-1533).  Meet the leader at 0830 at E 88th and the 
South Platte River.  From I-76 take E 88th Ave exit, go west on 88th for 1.6 
miles, then turn south at Colorado Blvd.  Turn left into parking lot.  Bring 
lunch and drinking water.  Please call leader if going in case of bad weather.
 
The DFO Field Trip for Saturday, November 28 will be to the Pueblo area led by 
Ira and Tammy Sanders (303-278-7172).  Meet the leaders at 0630 at the Safeway 
on Lincoln just West of I-25.  Bring lunch, extra drinking water and come 
prepared for extremes of weather.  State Parks pass required.
 
The DFO Field trip for Sunday, November 29 will be to Rigli Ranch led by Joe 
Rigli (970-768-7121).   Meet the leader at 0900 at the ranch.  From Denver, 
take I-76 east to Hudson, Exit 31 (CO 52).  Go east on CO 52 for approx. 32 
miles until it turns north.  Do NOT turn north but continue east on Morgan 
Country Rd F for another 14 miles to CR 14.  Turn left on CR 14 and go about 2 
miles to the first white house on the left (With 2 boxcars).  Bring lunch and 
drinking water.
